Position Summary:

Under the guidance of the Regional Chief Psychologist, the Psychologist will maintain a caseload, conduct mental health assessments, provide therapy and counseling, participate in administrative meetings, and write clinical reports on diagnoses and treatment plans. The Psychologist will also perform clinically sound suicide risk evaluations, including clinical review, applying protocols, reviewing pertinent data, proper documentation, and consultations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be licensed or license eligible in Delaware as a psychologist.

Schedule:

• Required to travel to Sussex Correctional Institution at least 4 days per month
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• No travel expenses covered
• Laptop provided
