University of Michigan Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Generalist (Lead and PIC) for the Troy Center for Specialty Care. The role combines clinical patient care with leadership of the new community pharmacy and cross-training to OR/infusion services.

The position offers hybrid work with opportunities to mentor Pharm.D. students and residents, and to contribute to a large, research-driven health system focused on high-quality outpatient and inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited College of Pharmacy or BSPharm with commensurate experience.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in Michigan or eligibility to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience in MTM, immunization programs, and clinical pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacist and PIC responsibilities for Troy Center for Specialty Care development.
• Oversee pharmacy operations including medication procurement, storage, compounding, dispense, and patient communication.
• Serve as preceptor for Pharm.D. students and residents within UM Health network.
