Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacists supporting cardiology and surgical patients. You will oversee a team of pharmacists, specialists, and leads, focusing on medication safety, formulary management, and high‑quality patient care across the organization.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, coaching, and performance management, collaborating with clinicians to optimize therapy and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD required; PGY1 residency preferred.
• 2 years of progressive pharmacy experience with leadership responsibilities; 3-5 years preferred.
• Experience managing direct reports and leadership roles is highly valued.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead a team of 10-15 clinical pharmacy professionals and related roles.
• Drive medication safety, quality improvement, formulary management, and clinical best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance of direct reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and pharmacy staff to optimize patient outcomes.
