Job summary

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa is seeking a Lead Liaison to blend sales, marketing and clinical expertise in support of the Director of Business Development. You will help implement strategic initiatives to achieve goals, be autonomous yet collaborative, and mentor liaisons.

The role requires leadership capabilities, strong communication, and the ability to oversee the team in the absence of the Director. Inpatient rehab experience is preferred and a clinical license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Current clinical license preferred (RN, LVN, OT, PT, ST, or SW).
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Business Development by integrating sales, marketing and clinical insights.
• Provide oversight for the business development team in the Director's absence (PTO, FMLA).

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa located at Woodstork and Temple Terrace. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:

As a Lead Liaison, you will effectively utilize and merge innovative sales, marketing, and clinical expertise in varioustasks in support of the Director of Business Development. Successful candidates will implement strategic initiatives to accomplish sales goals and growth, be flexible, self-driven, accountable for results, autonomous, yet supportive of team efforts. Demonstrates the ability effectively lead,motivate, mentor and develop liaisons. Ability to provide oversight for business development team in the absence of Director of Business Development (i.e.: PTO, FMLA, etc.).

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Clinical License preferred (RN, LVN, OT, PT, ST, or SW)
• Valid Driver's License

Desired Experience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
