Formación

• One year of creditable experience at GS-11 or equivalent for the Lead CLS role.
• Knowledge of medical technology and laboratory operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CLS coordinates daily lab workflow, assigns tasks, and coaches staff.
• Prepares reports and maintains records of work status.
• Resolves informal complaints and reviews performance and training needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
