Responsibilities

• Functions as the department Section Technical Supervisor/Lead, supervising daily operation of the section(s).
• Provides consultative services to the medical staff as Technical Consultant.
• Oversees the section/department performance improvement program and participates in hospital interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Responsible for technical and fiscal management of the section(s).
• Oversees the section(s) quality management/assurance program and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assesses staff competency and completes performance evaluations in a timely manner.
