Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to shape the clinical strategy for PGL Readiness and to lead the Support Readiness Fundamentals series. This role will drive onsite and virtual readiness events, guiding teams and ensuring successful go-live transitions with a focus on clinical excellence and EHR optimization.

The ideal candidate will bring RN or related clinical licensure, 5+ years in clinical informatics, and deep Oracle Health/Cerner knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, Health Informatics, or related field
• Master’s in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Admin preferred
• RN or other clinical licensure preferred
• 5+ years in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment
• Proven project management experience in clinical transformation initiatives
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for driving adoption and improving workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series.
• Provide clinical leadership to site teams for EHR sustainment post go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues in post-go-live support.
• Serve as main clinical liaison among informatics, providers, and leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables are on time with clinical considerations in mind.
• Develop strategic readiness plans for smooth clinical transitions during go-live.
• Deliver targeted training to informatics teams on sustainment processes.
• Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events.
• Assist informatics teams to improve adoption of new workflows by end users and super users
