Job summary

Midland Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to enhance the doctor-patient relationship within its Midland Health offices. You will exercise professional nursing judgment and skills to support patient care during a standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule.

The role includes triage, preparing patients for examinations, documenting interactions, and administering treatments as directed by physicians.

Qualifications

• You must hold a Texas RN license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of nursing practice preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of infection control, patient confidentiality, and EHR reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients,
• Prepare patients for examination and testing,
• Document patient communication and circumstances,
• Administer medications, treatments, or testing as directed by NP, PA or Physician
• Inform and advise patients of results and required treatment/appointments
• Provide patient education and support referrals as needed
• Maintain office organization, privacy, safety and infection control
