CHI Health Clinic seeks an LPN at Midland’s Family Clinic near Hwy 370 & 84th St in Papillion, NE. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care and support a patient-first approach in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Required LPN license, BLS, and IV therapy course. The position offers a sign-on bonus and education assistance to eligible hires, with hourly pay ranging between about $21 and $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification and IV therapy course completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care per clinic workflows.
• Perform duties related to specialty care as needed.
• Obtain health history, chief complaints, vitals, and risk factors.
• Deliver patient care per guidelines and regulations.

As our Clinic LPN located at our Midland's Family Clinic off of Hwy 370 & 84th St, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care and make critical assessments! You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. Expectations

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

Pay Range

$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
