Job summary

Brush Hog Tree Care, Inc. is seeking a Senior Climbing Arborist Crew Leader to manage a 2-5 person crew in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will prune, rig, cabling/bracing, remove hazardous trees, and operate essential equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency. This on-site role requires at least 4 years of climbing/tree care experience, ISA Arborist certification preferred, and you must live within a 45-minute commute of La Honda, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in tree care or forestry.
• Minimum 4 years climbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Live within 45-minute commute of La Honda, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-5 person tree care crew on site.
• Pruning trees, rigging, cabling and bracing.
• Removal of hazardous trees and equipment maintenance.
• Implement work zone safety procedures and job-site inspections.
• Mentor crew members and coordinate with foreman.
