Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tree climbing and arbor care.
• Proficiency with climbing equipment and techniques.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential and knowledge of tree biology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of climbers and ground staff; ensure safety and industry best practices.
• Perform rope and saddle climbing, bucket truck operation, aerial lifts, pruning, rigging, and adhere to A300 standards.
• Assess sites, plan tree maintenance or removal, and provide client recommendations.
