Job summary

NetCov seeks a Sr. Client Solutions Architect to oversee infrastructure, security, and technology strategy for our clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will act as a primary technical advisor across client environments and mentor the Client Solutions Architects delivering results. You will lead technical workshops, review designs and proposals, and drive innovation across multiple client engagements while building strong executive relationships and ensuring the highest service

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years in enterprise client-facing roles.
• 5+ years in MSP environments and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic mentorship and leadership for Client Solutions Architects.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, and technology roadmaps for clients.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and PMO for delivery.
• Lead technical workshops and review designs and proposals.
• Deliver 3–5 major strategic technology projects per quarter.
