Job summary

Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company powering the marketing and advertising ecosystem. Lead, Client Leadership will manage a strategic book of tech and telco accounts, drive revenue growth and guide data strategies for digital and TV activation channels.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, presenting to C-suite and overseeing end-to-end client campaigns to ensure exceptional client success.

Qualifications

Company Description

In the position of Lead, Client Leadership at Epsilon, you will occupy a crucial role that merges strategic data solutions with strong client connections. This is an outstanding chance to lead a vital book of accounts in the dynamic Tech and Telco industries. You will promote revenue growth and guide innovative data strategies for digital and TV activation channels. Directly reporting to the Vice President, Client Growth, you will partner with various teams, ensuring detailed integration and outstanding client success.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual-based revenue quotas, with a minimum achievement of 100% of quota.
  • Drive 100% product penetration within accounts, offering targeted audience recommendations for digital, ATV, and installation/improvement upsell opportunities.
  • Discover and complete net-new client opportunities, growing Epsilon's market share by staying updated on industry news, technology, and potential partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact across all organizational levels, building solid counseling relationships and overseeing daily client interactions.
  • Complete strong project management from start to finish, including managing client orders, coordinating measurement reporting, and ensuring timely follow-ups and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach centered on addressing challenges, leading high-stakes C-suite presentations with outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Position yourself for advanced leadership opportunities by managing enterprise-level accounts and leading executive-level client interactions.
  • Master advanced consultative selling, multi-channel data strategy, complex project oversight, and high-level negotiation within the competitive tech and telco ecosystem.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a client-facing sales role and/or direct marketing within a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including collaborating, negotiating, persuading, public speaking, and listening.
  • Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Verified capability to develop counseling relationships while promoting confidence and trust.
  • High energy, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in applying analytic solutions to improve return, backed by strong critical thinking skills.
  • Technical proficiency in applying Epsilon solutions and bringing to bear internal resources and tools.
  • Ability to manage conflicting client and internal priorities in a time-sensitive, technical selling environment.
  • Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Compensation Range: USD $92,000.00 - USD $138,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
