Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.

A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facility operations and supervising staff.
• Ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure policy compliance.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $18.75 - $21.55 per hour
