Job summary

ABM in Buffalo, NY seeks a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations meet policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and guiding the team.

The Lead provides supervision when the Manager is not present and ensures buildings remain clean and safe for workers and customers. Responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities/janitorial teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance at an assigned site.
• Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, cleanliness, and building standards.
• Capable of supervising when a manager is not on site and maintaining policy compliance.
• Reliable and experienced Lead with strong interpersonal skills.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures.
