Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at Edison, NJ. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

The role includes supervising at times in the Manager's absence, operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
