Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations adhere to policies and procedures. This role coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and supervises at the assigned location when the Manager is not present.

The Lead demonstrates established standards to keep buildings/facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. It involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating daily operations.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating tasks and providing guidance.
• Supervise at location when the Manager is not present.
• Ensure facilities are clean and safe in line with standards.
• Support general janitorial duties as needed.

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 8pm-6:30am
Pay: $19.36 per hour, paid weekly
