Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at our Williamsport location in Maryland. You will delegate daily tasks, guide staff, and ensure policies are followed when the Manager is away.

The Shift Leader will maintain clean and safe buildings, operate assigned equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed, including night shift responsibilities. This role requires dependability, safety awareness, and the ability to work nights.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay: $18.94/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Available Shift: 9.30pm-6:00am Fri. -Tues. OR Sun-Thurs.
