Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations in Spokane. The role involves delegating daily tasks, guiding staff, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers.

The position is part-time and event-based, with shifts flexibly covering days and nights at Spokane Arena, One Stadium, The Podium, and the Convention Center. A comprehensive benefits package is offered by ABM.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay Rate: is $23.00-$23.00 an hour.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.

Shift: this is a part-time event based position. We operate 7 days a week. We are looking for applicants that have flexibility.

Day Shift: can start as early as 5am and can end as late as 10:00pm

Night Shift: Can start as early as 7:00pm and end as late as 7:00am

Work Site Locations: Spokane Arena, One Stadium, The Podium and the Convention Center.
