Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations comply with policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to staff when the Manager is not present.

The Shift Leader will uphold established standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers. You will operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or shift leads in a facilities setting.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations by delegating tasks and guiding staff.
• Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures.
