Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations adhere to policies and procedures at our Lincoln location. You will delegate tasks, provide guidance, and supervise when the Manager is not on site, while ensuring buildings remain clean and safe for workers and customers.

The role involves operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning chemicals as part of janitorial duties. Shifts include 3:30pm–11:30pm and 10:30pm–7:00am, with address at One Memorial Stadium, Lincoln NE.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay Rate: is $19.00-$19.00 an hour.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.

Shifts Available: All shifts are Monday through Friday, occasional weekend work may be needed, and you will be given advance notice. 3:30pm - 11:30pm 10:30pm - 7:00am Address: One Memorial Stadium Lincoln NE
