Job Summary:

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments and assist with scheduling
• Oversee cleaning operations and manage security of keys and access cards
• Report work orders for maintenance and ensure premises are secured
• Work with the Manager to schedule jobs and oversee quality of work
• Train new hires and manage supplies, equipment, and chemicals
