The Center Inn of Sioux Falls is seeking a passionate and dynamic guest-focused Head Housekeeping Professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a Head Housekeeper, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

1. Developing action plans to address quality and productivity needs to ensure cleanliness goals are effectively met.
2. Ensuring rooms are clean and properly stocked with supplies for a positive guest experience, including maintaining appropriate levels of supply inventory.
3. Ongoing communication with the General Manager, Maintenance Team, and Welcome Team to maximize room readiness and availability.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, weekdays & weekends (*weekends are a must*).

Major Requirements:

1. Ability to work weekdays & weekends.
2. Able to speak and write English.
3. Organized and a Team Leader.
4. 1 year of previous Head Housekeeping experience.
