Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day with Success Academy.
• Degree in a rigorous, relevant academic major is preferred (e.g., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City with classroom supervision experience.
• Teaching certification and Master’s degrees are not required.
