Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, insurance, client services, or claims operations.
• At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs, productivity goals, quality standards, and turnaround time expectations.
• Oversee inventory management, backlog reduction, and aging claim performance.
• Coordinate workload distribution to maintain inventory levels and minimize aged claims.
• Collaborate with CSS Team Lead on year-end processing activities and cross-department issues.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to Claims Processors.
• Generate and analyze processing, inventory, productivity, and quality reports for management.
