Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Civil Superintendent for a heavy industrial project in Newark, Arkansas. The role requires supervising field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met on the civil scope.

The candidate will oversee earthwork, site grading, concrete installation, drilled piers, underground piping, and related activities, interfacing with clients and engineering teams to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 7 years construction management experience or craft supervision on Civil projects.
• Associate degree and 9 years construction management experience or craft supervision on Civil projects.
• High School Diploma/GED and 11 years construction management experience or craft supervision on Civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure safe, timely and profitable project completion.
• Plan and supervise civil construction activities, scheduling subcontractors and tracking progress.
• Interface with client, A/E representatives, and other contractors to align project goals.
• Develop project procedures, working documents, and standards in collaboration with management.
• Direct and manage subcontractors to meet established schedules and quality standards.
