Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas required.
• 10+ years of experience in utilities and infrastructure.
• Experience leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering on one or more projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare design documents for the substation and infrastructure.
• Provide input on the initial project schedule and support maintenance of schedules.
• Estimate man hours and equipment for proposals.
• Follow procedures to maximize department efficiency.
• Work under pressure and interface with clients to achieve maximum efficiency.
