Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a senior Civil/Structural Engineer to serve as lead civil engineer on multiple projects in the Abilene, Odessa, or Houston area. The role requires a 10+ year background in utilities, infrastructure, and/or substation design, with Texas PE licensure.

You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and prepare design documents, schedules, and estimates. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and Texas PE license.
• 10+ years in utilities infrastructure and/or substation design.
• Experience leading civil engineering on multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design on one or more projects concurrently.
• Prepare site development, grading, and drainage designs.
• Produce design documents for substations and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and clients.
• Develop project schedules and man-hour estimates.
