Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of civil/structural experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and building codes.
• Experience evaluating existing structures and developing reinforcement solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/structural engineering for overhead crane projects.
• Travel to customer facilities for field investigations and evaluations.
• Evaluate existing structures including columns, beams, runways, foundations.
• Perform calculations and design for crane systems.
• Develop practical structural solutions for new or modified installations.
• Collaborate with internal team on product design to meet requirements.
• Translate client needs into engineering deliverables and drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.
• Manage scope, schedules, deliverables, and communications.
• Coordinate activities from concept to manufacture and installation.
