Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a civil and structural design lead to guide infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and commercial developments. You will lead design, review drawings, calculations, and specs to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to develop cost-effective, constructible solutions; support estimating and bidding; conduct site visits; and mentor junior staff in a safety-focused, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil and structural design for infrastructure and construction materials projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop innovative, practical engineering solutions.
• Experience with project estimation and bid support preferred.
