Job summary

EVS, Inc. is seeking a Technical Civil Solar Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects across renewable energy and power delivery markets.

You will coordinate solar design teams, manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, and ensure on-time delivery from kickoff through project close. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in civil solar design is required.
• Experience managing civil or solar projects in consulting, design, or infra.
• Strong understanding of civil land development workflows and project delivery.
• Proficiency with scheduling, tracking, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional solar engineering teams.
• Lead project meetings and document decisions.
• Track budgets, hours, and WIP; provide regular updates.
• Prepare internal and client-facing status reports.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for clients on schedules and logistics.
• Support proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.
• Contribute to process improvements of PM workflows.
