Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced project managers or technical team members.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Unifier, SharePoint, MDC, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate multi-discipline projects with multiple clients.
• Mentor junior project managers and technical team members.
• Manage budgets and schedules; monitor costs.
• Lead change management and contract review processes.
• Oversee invoicing and billing to clients and subconsultants.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project communications.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet client expectations and standards.
