Job summary

Coffman Excavation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee excavation and civil construction projects in the Boise area. You will manage estimating, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and closeout with dispatch to field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and a track record of safe, on-time, on-budget delivery. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with RFIs, submittals, and plan revisions.
• 5+ years of experience reviewing construction plans and specs.
• 5+ years of experience with estimating and quantity takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct site visits to ensure milestones are achieved.
