Qualifications

• 0–5 years of construction, engineering, or project coordination experience.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Understanding of RFIs, submittals, and document control processes.
• Knowledge of estimating principles and quantity takeoffs.
• Familiarity with change order management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and support estimating efforts.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals.
• Conduct site visits and support project oversight.
