Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Loveland, CO is seeking a Professional Civil Project Engineer to lead design efforts and serve as design manager on projects. You will develop plans and specifications, mentor engineers, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants.

A licensed PE in CO with 4+ years of civil design experience is required, including roadway, land development, drainage, and bid package work for local agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in CO or ability to obtain within six months.
• 4+ years of engineering design experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple team members and coordinate effectively with other engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Client and design team interaction and coordination.
• Coordinate plans and schedules of detailed phases of the engineering work.
• Performs the design of major projects, and checks design work of staff and design engineers assigned to projects under their control.
• Mentors and trains junior engineering staff.
