Job description

Wilson & Company’s Colorado Springs, CO office is seeking a Roadway PE with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/OpenRoads.
• Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
• Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborating with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects.
• Primarily working on projects in Colorado with opportunities to support regional projects.
• Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Colorado Professional Engineer licensed or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 4–7 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
• Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
• A background in traffic engineering design can be helpful.
• Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation.

Annual Salary range: $79,000 - $135,000
