Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in land development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multiple projects and monitor schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion
• Meet regularly with clients
• Prepare proposals including estimation of project fees
• Oversee development of Land Development Plans including drawings, specs, and reports
• Coordinate permits with regulatory agencies for large-scale projects
• Delegate workload to junior engineers and drafters; mentor on stormwater management and related design areas
• Perform additional tasks as needed
