Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 4+ years of design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and modern engineering tools.
• Hydrology/hydraulic modeling knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering design tasks with professional judgment.
• Coordinate schedules, delegate work, and ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
• Solve technical, scheduling, and budget challenges through proactive communication.
• Review plans, respond to contractor questions, and support permitting and proposals.
• Contribute to projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and multi-family developments.
