Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of engineering consulting experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Experience in Site Civil, Transportation, Water Resources, H&H, Coastal Engineering, or Municipal/Federal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Develop engineering designs, construction plans, specifications, and technical reports.
Lead project design efforts from planning through construction.
Perform engineering calculations, quantity estimates, and cost analyses.
Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Review engineering documents for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Support business development and proposal preparation.
