Zero Impact Builders in California is seeking experienced Foremen to lead a crew of 5–10 on electrical and construction installations across CA projects.

You will read drawings, supervise trenching and concrete pours, coordinate safety meetings, manage materials, and maintain logs while communicating with clients and site staff. This salaried roles offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a crew of 5–10 workers.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications.
• Strong emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 5–10 workers on CA projects.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specs for equipment layouts.
• Supervise trenching, backfilling, and underground scanning activities.
• Oversee concrete pours for pads and conduit placements.
• Direct electrical resources on site and coordinate safety meetings.
• Delegate tasks and liaise with the site superintendent.
• Train apprentices and maintain a safe work environment per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory, organize material lists, and manage tools on-site.
• Inspect completed work, ensure cleanliness, and document logs.
• Coordinate with principals and clients, respond to emergencies.
• Take AHJ inspections and report to utilities as needed.
