Job summary

DDS Companies in New York state is seeking a Foreman- Heavy Civil to lead day-to-day activities of Laborers, Operators and Subcontractors on our infrastructure projects. You will monitor production, manage safety and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
• Experience with reviewing and understanding construction drawings, topographic elevations, earth moving, installing underground utilities, ordering materials and trucking.
• Ability to communicate well with co-workers, customers, and Project Managers.
• Must pass a post offer, pre-employment physical assessment test.

• Monitor site production rates and report hours while maintaining a safe work environment.
