Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct construction crews to ensure productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to guide daily field operations.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and materials to meet timelines and goals.
• Monitor job progress and adjust plans to maintain efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Lead daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Communicate with Project Supervisors, Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain records of labor hours, production quantities, materials usage and activities.
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and teamwork.
