DDS Companies seeks Laborers 1 & 2 to join a dynamic heavy civil team building critical infrastructure. Work outdoors on storm, sewer and water projects with hand and power tools, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in physically demanding capacities.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs and pass a post offer physical.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks with emphasis on safety and efficiency at the site.
• Dig and backfill trenches and prep for vertical construction.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow instructions from Foreman/Site Superintendent.
