Pennoni in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead multi-discipline site and civil design projects on a full-time basis at our Camden office. The role offers the chance to manage private development projects and coordinate with disciplines across the firm.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a NJ PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS and related tools is highly valued, with strong client relationship skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience focusing on land development and permitting.
• PE license in NJ; other states a plus.
• Strong leadership and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects for private development clients.
• Act as lead civil engineer of record and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare proposals, including estimation of project fees.
• Oversee Land Development Plans, engineering drawings, specifications and reports.
• Coordinate permits with regulatory agencies for large-scale projects.
• Delegate workload to Junior Engineers & Drafters; mentor on SWM and E&S design.
• Other duties as needed.
