Ardurra is seeking a Civil Engineer - Team Leader to guide the Land Development practice in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. You will lead a diverse team delivering site layout, utilities, grading, and drainage designs, including permitting and planning for municipalities and private clients.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring, and client service, with responsibilities spanning project execution, budget and schedule oversight, and business development in the Middle Tennessee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license in TN highly preferred.
• Approximately 8+ years of directly applicable experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to function in a team environment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large complex civil site projects from concept to final design.
• Monitor budget, schedule and quality within the team.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as part of business development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across all team levels.
• Form and lead project teams to foster a high performing work environment.
