Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in planning.
• One (1) year of management experience.
• Current AICP certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team to guide growth, neighborhoods, and development.
• Oversee analysis of zoning, subdivision, and land use regulations.
• Prepare staff reports and presentations for Planning Commission.
