J-U-B ENGINEERS, inc. seeks a collaborative Community Planner‑Lead/Senior to grow planning services in Utah and southwest Wyoming. You will lead planning projects, guide teams, and work with multidisciplinary professionals across offices to deliver high‑quality plans and proposals.

Qualifications

• Lead Planner: 8+ years experience with AICP
• Senior Planner: 15+ years experience with AICP
• Degree in planning, geography, community development, landscape architecture, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Utah State land use law

Responsibilities

• Lead planning projects and teams, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with PMs, planners, engineers and public involvement specialists.
• Prepare comprehensive and subarea plans, transportation and land use plans.
• Research and analyze data to support planning and development projects.
