Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive background in Cisco switching and routing.
• Extensive background with Cisco wireless.
• Hands-on expertise with modern UTM and next-generation firewall / security appliances.
• Demonstrated experience with Network Access Control Systems and principles
• Demonstrated experience with network management and SNMP monitoring tools
• Proven experience in leading network engineering of large-scale network projects
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple network projects with strategic oversight from design through implementation and troubleshooting.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, wireless and voice systems.
• Implement and optimize UTM and NGFW appliances to safeguard network security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business goals.
• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures for security and operational excellence.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior network staff.
