Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Cisco Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure in Minneapolis. The role focuses on Cisco routing and switching, wireless networks, firewalls, and load balancers to ensure high availability, performance, and security across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center environments.

You will monitor, upgrade, patch, and back up configurations while supporting 24x7 operations, incident resolution, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Cisco routing and switching environments.
• Proficiency with VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, ACLs.
• Ability to diagnose incidents and meet SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Perform software upgrades, patching, and configuration backups.
• Support 24x7 operations and critical incident resolution.
• Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, VRFs, and routing protocols.
• Implement network changes and maintain network documentation.
• Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
• Resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Support network expansion, migration, and transformation projects.
• Implement routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and load-balancer solutions.
• Participate in network capacity planning and performance optimization
