Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL seeks a Circuit Design Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing electrical subsystem team. You will define staffing, recruit top talent, and manage the full employee lifecycle while coaching engineers and guiding system design and integration for critical programs.

You will drive design reviews, ensure requirements compliance, manage schedule and budget, and partner with cross‑functional leaders to align resources with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited college.
• 8 years of experience with Electrical Systems.
• Leadership experience in airborne sensors design, architecture, build, qualification, and production.
• Experience with Electrical Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing electrical‑subsystem team and provide hands‑on technical leadership.
• Define staffing needs, recruit, onboard, and manage performance and career development.
• Oversee system design, integration, and design reviews for mission programs.
• Ensure compliance with requirements and drive resolution of technical issues.
• Coach engineers and advance capability across the portfolio.
